The Venice Room is 14’x21’ and can seat up to 30 people with individual tables or large board room configuration.  Menus can be selected based on your tastes and budgets.  Plated meals or “family style” service is available.  A pull down screen can show personal slide shows or business presentations.

Rome is the larger room measuring 44’x15’ with a 7’x17’ buffet/staging area and a private entrance from the back parking lot.  It can accommodate 70-80 people in classroom style seating or banquet round tables.  Full audio/visual capabilities include: Digital projector with screen, volume & content control for music, lighting control, wireless microphone with built-in ceiling speakers and a podium is available.
 
Menu opportunities offer a wide variety including everything on our regular menu in addition to standard buffet menus for business meetings, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Let us know what your needs are!

Technology including high speed wired and wireless internet. (We have installed multiple jacks around both rooms to accommodate work meetings.) Cordless microphone for seminar speakers that will be broadcast through the main ceiling speakers. (no loud amplifier to make the tweeeeeeeeeek noise.) Projectors mounted in the ceilings with proper alignment means no one moving up and down and in and out to get focus.  Remote control installed with connections at multiple ports.
Rome has complete audio control for music volume and content. And XM stereo to allow any type of music to be played in the room.

We will also have a broader menu to accommodate meetings including breakfasts and mid-day conference snacks.
